Gostei da localização e do atendimento na chegada na recepção. Café da manhã também muito bem serviço e com bastante variedade.

Não tem opção de pedir qualquer petisco ou bebida na piscina. não tem opção de refeição ou pequenos lanches o que faz ter que sair toda hora para comprar algo o quie com criança é complicado. Os briquedos da sala de jogos sãop velhos e desgastados, alguns iclusive com risco as crianças, o local também sem limpeza e sem qualquer monitor. O local da piscina aquecida bem sujo e sem qualquer supervisão. Também não observei segurança e salva vidas tendo o portao do hotel ficado aberto dia e noite, sem qualquerconteole de quem entra e sai do local. Para falar com a recepção tem que entrar em contato pelo whatsaap e demoram muito a responder. O Wi-fi cai toda hora. Piscina com poucas mesas e cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras.

Eu amo esse hotel! É maravilhoso, já vou embora querendo voltar! Os funcionários são atenciosos, as instalações são boas, tem uma vista linda, é um lugar calmo.

Eu só fiquei dessa vez em um quarto muito apertado, mas estava bem confortável, e sei que tem como ficar em quartos maiores na próxima.

Propaganda enganosa com relação a localização

Do hotel como um todo. Tudo funcionou bem

O maior ponto negativo é a localização. No anucio diz estar a 450m do centro, dessa forma nao existiria a necessidade de usar um veículo para se locomover. Ao chegar constatei que ficava a mais 2 km do centro. Entendi como uma propaganda enganosa. So fiquei por conta do horário que cheguei ao hotel e pela possível dificuldade de arrumar outro local.para me acomodar xom esposa e filho.

A instalação que fiquei achei ruim, por vários motivos. É um anexo do hotel, Me senti dentro de um túnel. Fiquei sem ar condicionado, pois pifou e quarto amanheceu todo molhado. Não pedi para mudar porque minha filha especial já estava dormindo não quis se fosse o caso de trocar de teria que acorda lá. E para piorar as Tomadas deveria ter avisos conforme manda a lei, 220 e não tinha, o que resultou a queima do meu secador. Apesar da recepcionista ter sido informada e também o gerente nada foi resolvido até a data de hoje. Enfim Lamentável. Penso em aciona los na justiça.

A cama de casal tinha um colchão muito mole. Me deixou com dores no corpo. Quando chegamos no quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de produto de limpeza. Quando tomava banho se deixava o blindex levemente aberto a água molhava o banheiro.
