It's decent value hotel located in a nice neighborhood. Decent breakfast and gym.

Hotel worn down. Bad internet. Not an English word in the reception. Pool not more than a Hole in the balcony. We got the key for the gym, and forgot to return it. The receptionist had the audacity to wake us up around 23h to ask for the key.

Ótimo Hotel e funcionários solícitos, sempre de bom humor. Só não gostei de uma situação, pedi uma caipivodka de R$38,00 e me cobraram R$68,00 pq disseram no check-out que foi de da melhor vodka sendo que não me informaram no momento. Tirando isso foi tudo ótimo.

Cobrança indevida por falta de comunicação do funcionário.

Do serviço de quarto, os atendentes eram extremamente grosseiros e rudes. Fiz perguntas simples e quase apanhei. A infraestrutura também não é das melhores, tudo bem antigo e desatualizado, e só tinha um elevador que ficava bem sobrecarregado. Achei a experiência um 4/10

A receptividade dos funcionários é um ponto forte, assim como a limpeza e localização. Instalações amplas, confortáveis e o espaço do restaurante é aconchegante que complementa com o visual panorâmico (em vidro) com.vista para o rio, tornando o momento da refeição mais prazerosa. Voltarei em breve

Apenas uma observação: barra de apoio no banheiro(box) ser no local certo (entrada do Box e outra junto ao chuveiro) e tapete antiderrapante no Box, evitando acidentes
