It's decent value hotel located in a nice neighborhood. Decent breakfast and gym.

Hotel worn down. Bad internet. Not an English word in the reception. Pool not more than a Hole in the balcony. We got the key for the gym, and forgot to return it. The receptionist had the audacity to wake us up around 23h to ask for the key.

O quarto muito perto do funcionamento do restaurante. Hóspedes falando e tossindo quase na minha porta. A luminária de cabeceira estava fora de uso. TV desconfigurada a ponto de não se poder usar.

As acomodações são ótimas, cama muito confortável, frigobar já abastecido, canais de TV múltiplos. Lugar calmo e sem barulho para hospedagem, piscina agradável. Café da manhã excepcional. Limpeza excelente. Os atendentes da recepção são extremamente gentis.

Reservei o quarto standard e me colocaram na área de serviço do Hotel que fica no 1 andar. Tive que solicitar a troca e a recepção tentou me cobrar a mais. Não aceitei, e por fim eles me realocaram em outro quarto. É inaceitável vc ter quarto junto a saída de serviço do Hotel. A garagem é bem apertada e o River só tem um elevador que no momento que fiz o check- in estava em manutenção. Tive que ir de escada com a malas e não tinha ninguém para me ajudar. Tipo você se vira..
