Adorei mesmo que foi a trabalho e sozinho

Boa localização, a pé dos principais restaurantes e bares do Penedo mas em uma rua calma, longe do barulho. Os jardins do hotel são muito charmosos e os quartos são pequenos chalets, aconchegante mas não muito bons quando você vai a trabalho. Se va a descansar, tem tudo o básico. Café de manhã muito bom e o pessoal também muito cordial

A una única coisa ruim que reparei e que não foi informado na chegada, foi que eles não limpam o quarto se você não entrega a chave antes de sair… aprendi no segundo dia

Das pessoas da recepção e serviço de quarto

Antecipei a nossa volta em 12h, porque estava insustetável a queda de luz, muita irritaçao com, isso, outro assunto é o café da manhã o suco de laranja estava passado, manga verde, tive de comer com sal, já fiquei hospedaod lá e erabem melhor o cafe da manhã, foi decepcionante. Bar da piscina sem atendente para pedir algo para comer, esquece nao tinha pessoas para nos atedner.

Hotel ótimo para ir com crianças

O Hotel tem funcionários muito prestativos, a limpeza do quarto também é um ponto positivo. A estrutura para quem vai com crianças é ótima: tem ambiente climatizado com sofá para os pais ficarem confortáveis, tem piscina infantil e também um parque ao ar livre com pula pula. Final de semana tem recreação com uma profissional também. A fazendinha é linda mas não tem nada demais. Dois coelhos, duas codornas e 3 ou 4 cabritinhas. A proximidade com a rua principal de Penedo é razoável, coisa de 10 min andando.

Se você for em época de calor, vai passar perrengue. O ar condicionado do quarto não gela quase nada. Ligamos pra recepção pra avisar mas a pessoa disse que isso era normal lá e que todo mundo reclamava da mesma coisa e não tinham o que fazer pois realmente o ar não era bom. Não adiantava trocar de quarto pq todos tem o mesmo aparelho instalado. O frigobar não tem água disponível e você precisa ir na recepção comprar pra colocar na sua geladeira, geladeira que também fica desligada e quando vc chega só se dá conta quando precisa usar.

Foi muito bom meu momento em família, e meu pet fazendo parte desse momento.

Gostei do que o hotel oferece, a área verde muito linda e bem cuidada, o espaço pet que fez toda a diferença na minha estadia.

Precisei trocar de quarto por duas vezes, devido o ar-condicionado não estar funcionando, o primeiro ele ficava com 20 minutos depois desligava, o segundo quarto o ar só ventilava, e então eu precisei ir pra um terceiro quarto, isso que eu não me agradei, fora a cama, a qualidade do colchão, muito mole.

Volto com tranquilidade.

O Hotel entrega o que promete. Organizado. A equipe atende muito bem. Café da manhã com muitas variedades. Quarto aconchegante, água quente e TV por assinatura com música. Fica muito próximo ao Centro de Penedo o que, na minha opinião, facilita bastante, pois não foi preciso utilizar o carro para o deslocamento. Uma caminhada tranquila de mais ou menos 15 minutos.

Não significa que não gostei, mas pode melhorar ofertando repelente no local do café da manhã e água do chuveiro ser mais quente (quase pelando) permitindo ao hóspede moderar a temperatura misturando a água fria, pois uns gostam de banho mais quente e outros mais frio.

Café, chuveiro quente, local excelente pra passear com família (principalmente crianças), equipe atenciosa. Piscina aquecida (as crianças aproveitaram mesmo com o tempo frio), hotel no é no centrão mas é bem perto. Ambiente calmo e acolhedor

Colchão de mola, muito macio. Sugiro ao hotel ter um carrinho de carga para facilitar levar as malas até os chalés mais distantes.
