Great experience overall

The family running the facility does everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The food from the grill - both the outside bar and indoor dining - was amazing. The ribs, in particular, were a top-notch experience. EV charging is easy to manage: there's a single 11 kWh charging station located at the main building. Just plug in your car and let them know how much energy you used.

There's no dedicated place to store or dry winter gear like skis, snowboards, or boots.

Cozy accomodation for nice vacations in winter and summer

Very friendly, kind and hospitable hosts, spacious, clean and cozy house (in a complex of 4 houses), exellently furnished kitchen. The playground could not be really used in the middle of winter but I imagine it would be quite the highlight in summer for little kids. The house is located above the valley and has wonderful view to it. Public transport is available only on main road, which is about 1.5 km away. Thus, a car (highly recommendable with 4x4 and/or snowchains) is a must, especially if one travels for skiing. It takes up to 30 min by car to reach the Saalbach slopes, Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn are even closer.

Superb

Very nice chalet, good equipped, comfortable. They offer daily fresh bread for the breakfast. Nice view from the chalet on the Zell am See ski resort and other mountains. You can also buy here directly the ski passes, what was great.

It was OK but no more.

Location is beautiful, really calm, rural, and authentic. Quality of food we have got for breakfast was very good and delicious. House was clean, heating worked well.

In case of snow or ice be prepared with 4 wheel drive or snow chain, without these you won’t be able to go up there! Owners are generous but not always available and sometimes they react late which caused uncomfortable situations to us. House was full of flies and we had to vacuum clean them up every day sometimes 2 -3 times a day, and 15-20 flies at a time, as new flies comes out of wood all the times. If you do not have good friendship with them think twice before you make your reservation here. Kitchen was equipped but not as good as it should be for 4 people. When you make breakfast and dinner too in the house then you need more cutlery, more glasses to drink your water or juice instead of lots of beer glasses. And finally what was the most shocking experience here: we didn’t know that the check out time is 10.00 and we delayed with check out that’s our fault, no discussion about that, but we were just ready to pack our luggages and we were taking our shoes on, coats, my child was sitting on the floor taking his boots on when someone ring the bell, I opened door where 2 women standing, explaining something in german, I tell them I am sorry I don’t understand it, but in 10 minutes the house is free. One of them says: no 10 minutes, and they just came through us and through our luggages and my sitting child on floor and put across us everything! I couldn’t believe my own eyes. The way she replied and then how they came through us was more then outrageous! As I travelled in the last 30 years in my life and stayed uncountable accomodation included the most expensive luxury resorts and the cheapest hostel rooms, I never ever experined such a service. It is very sad. The owner said at payment that sorry for inconvenience, but I am not sure is she is aware how these people handled this situation, because when I explained her she said, there was no other place to clean anymore just our apartment. Well to us this is not an acceptable explanation and situation. We wil
