Many living elements have been designed with love to regional wood, allowing for a cozy atmosphere both in summer and in winter. Due to the large glass elements in the apartment, one can enjoy the amazing views of the natural landscape Hohe Tauern and the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. The apartment house is located only about 3 minutes walking distance from to the base station Areitbahn - Schmittenhöhe.

Everything was perfect, nice appartment, well equipted, property manager and his wife are very friendly and helpfull, you didn’t hear a noise at night.
The only thing, but this has nothing to do with the appartment , was that im Zell am See Europeans were a minority, Arabs really took it over, and they behave as there were the kings of the town.

Everything was perfect, nice appartment, well equipted, property manager and his wife are very friendly and helpfull, you didn’t hear a noise at night.The only thing, but this has nothing to do with the appartment , was that im Zell am See Europeans were a minority, Arabs really took it over, and they behave as there were the kings of the town.
