The location
The welcome was conducted aggressively and was unfriendly. My partner didn’t have two forms of ID. We have stayed many times at the YHA however the lady that greeted us was very confrontational with her delivery and she wanted to establish that she was in control. Not friendly at all. No hot water from Saturday afternoon so cold showers.
