    The room is great but take note this place doesn’t have a full kitchen like they listed. Pictures here are pretty accurate to what you would get. Parking here is extremely limited and this information isn’t displayed the most prominently. Front Office explained that they were unable to contact me to check about parking since it was booked via Agoda., but I found this explanation to be quite lacking since many other establishments are able to do so through the channel. That said, i would come back here again, but more prepared and aware the next time

    We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the room was clean and parking is available with additional fee. One area that could be improved is the cookware provided. It felt quite worn and would benefit from being replaced to make the kitchen facilities more enjoyable to use.

    Great 1 BD room apartment, close to Salamanca markets, bars, restaurants. Very quiet, great beds. Definitely would book again

    My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very pleasant. The building feels quite old and although some areas seem a bit updated, it still feels outdated overall. The location is also not very convenient as there are no shops nearby. If you need something simple like water or snacks, you have to walk about 10 minutes. The Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable and kept disconnecting, which made it difficult to work or use the internet properly. In terms of staff, there was one Asian gentleman who was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. However, another older lady at reception was not very welcoming or friendly. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations and I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
