Such a lovely place to stay! Would return for sure

We had such an amazing stay! Beautiful, clean pool. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were super friendly and even brought us popcorn to eat while we watched the olympics! Would recommend!

The pousada is located right next to the historic center with many restaurants available close by.

Since everybody is passing by the room and since there’s only one window/door you don’t have much privacy when the door is open

Ignore the old reviews! The place has had a big makeup over and is amazing!

The staff at the property were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast served each day was full of fresh fruit, coffee, orange juice, breads, meat, egg and cheese! The pool and rooms were very clean and spacious. I fell ill for two days during my stay and it was the perfect place to be ill as it had a lovely balcony , good air con and filtered water to drink. Since the new owners there has been a lot of new work done to make the place better and so far this was one of my favourite stays in Brazil :) thank you!

Centrally located! That’s it!

I got there late. They have no water, no ice, no microwave (at least that’s what they told me that night), no cups to make yourself a drink (just this tiny 3 oz cup), pool was dirty and water not clear, breakfast set up, all full of flies and ants.

Receptionist is useless Director doesn't answer to mobile or whatsapp They took our money and disappeared Room wasn't clean Wall with holes Bedcovers in pure plastic Air condition with external engine on the only door/window available (very noisy) Main doors don't lock Bathroom with a small window blocked by brick wall Electric cable exposed over the shower Dirty Tiny sink without space for anything Toilet's flush without cover Shower without shelf for soap or shampoo I can't believe booking can allow this infrastructure and rate it as good. Don't waste your money like us choose a better place, there are many in paraty and cheaper. We refused to sleep in such bad place. They are avoiding our refund. Very difficult to reach them by whatsapp (by booking or phone it is impossible)

The staff were very helpful and quickly moved us to a different room.

The first room we had was dark and very, very damp. There was very little in the room and the bathroom was tiny.

Clean, comfortable stay in the right location :)

Brilliant location about 5 mins walk away from the Old Town and the river and just off the main drag where you have bars, restaurants and shops. 5-10 minute walk from the bus station. The room was really comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed and there was a fridge and TV! Love the stable doors and the pool right outside. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and loved the added bonus of monkeys coming to say hello. Staff were really friendly and we managed to communicate with my little Portuguese. Clean and quiet.

Would have liked a bit more space in the bedroom for my bits and pieces - a dressing table or a shelf, something similar.

Unpleasant

booking.com should take responsibility for a property like this. The windows don’t lock or even close properly, there was a leak in the ceiling which damaged some of our stuff including my passport and the bed sheets didn’t even cover the mattress. It is unsafe and unhygienic yet booking.com still has its rating as ‘good’. Don’t stay here

Lado positivo a localização, mas precisa melhorar.

Gostei da localização. Próximo do comércio com restaurantes. Próximo do Centro histórico a pé.

Sem estacionamento. O carro precisa ficar na rua, mas foi tranquilo. O box do banheiro estava sem iluminação. Tem que tomar banho praticamente no escuro. Saímos e quando voltamos não tinha águia no banheiro. Não pudemos tomar banho e nem escovar os dentes. Depois da bomba ligada a água chegou horas depois. Muito barulho de passos e vozes na área externa pela manhã, por volta das 6h, atrapalhando o sono. Café da manhã simples e limitado servido numa mesa na porta do quarto, oque também pode causar incômodo aos hóspedes que ainda estão dormindo já que as portas dos quartos são de venezianas deixando passar o barulho.

El alojamiento cumplió ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Bien ubicado en una calle tranquila y segura pero cerca del centro histórico. Habitación grande y cómoda. El desayuno variado, sano y delicioso. La piscina tenía muy buena pinta pero no la usamos. Lo mejor: el personal. Muy amables y acogedores resolvieron todas nuestras dudas y preguntas.

questão do café da manhã individualizado em mesas separadas diferente de vários hotéis e pousadas, criou se um certo incômodo. Todo momento vc tinha que esta pedindo. Mais um suco. Mais um leite. Mais um pão. Mais um presunto. Situação que achei horrivel se fosse como estou maioria dos hotéis e pousada seria melhor

A localização é excelente e o atendimento na recepção foi cordial. O ar condicionado bom e a TV com canais interessantes. Wifi bom.

Não tem estacionamento, o porta do quarto tem muitas articulações o que dificulta abrir e fechar, a luz só acende do outro lado do quarto, o frigobar estava sem um pé e só funcionava com uma extensão longe dele, cama dura, banheiro bem pequeno espelho so funciona se tiver baixa estatura, maçaneta do chuveiro faltando, toalhas de banho manchadas, nao tem porta papel no sanitário, café da manhã bem simples sem opções a vontade, com muitas formigas.

Allotjament reformat, molt còmode i amb piscina, situat molt a prop del casc antic de Paraty, cosa que el fa ideal per moure’s a peu. L’esmorzar és molt complet i es serveix a l’exterior, en una taula al costat de la piscina, fet que el fa especialment agradable. L’amfitrió ha estat molt amable i atent en tot moment: ens ha donat bones indicacions, s’ha interessat per nosaltres i ens ha preguntat diverses vegades si estàvem a gust. Ens hem sentit molt ben acollits. Si tornéssim a Paraty, sens dubte repetiríem aquest allotjament.

Excelente, Não procurarei outra pousada mais quando for a Paraty.

Muito aconchegante. Piscina limpa, quarto limpo. Café da manhã com pães, dois tipos de bolo, queijo, presunto, melão e mamão, mais o café, leite e suco de laranja. Excelente. No mais, qualquer coisa q solicitamos eles nos atendia.
