An extremely comfortable and pleasant experience.
It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the fact there was fresh milk and water in a refrigerator in the room. The property was next door to the pub which was extremely accommodating. The breakfast we had was excellent and freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Getting in and out of the car park as the road outside is narrow and had park vehicles opposite the drive.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely outstanding stay – truly out of this world! My stay at Potters Moorings Guest House in Shaldon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable – you can tell real care and pride go into every detail. Breakfast deserves a special mention: simply out of this world. Fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection – genuinely one of the best breakfasts I have ever had while staying away. The staff were wonderfully attentive, warm, and welcoming, making me feel completely at home. And Linda, the owner, is an absolute gem – so lovely, knowledgeable, and full of brilliant local advice that really enhanced my stay. If you’re looking for somewhere special in Devon, Potters Moorings is an absolute must. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning.
Absolutely nothing, the parking was a bit stressful, but Linda was extremely helpful and told me what to do, drive in and reverse out facing towards the Clippers.
