Good ac, comfortable beds
Didn't have enough space for the hotel guests in their shuttle- that is why I chose the property- I probably won't stay at these hotels in the future

The property was nice and clean with pleasant staff. The breakfast had a good choice. The onsite restaurant food was also excellent. The maintenance team are very good and efficient. Our room was nice and big and very clean.
Personal choice but the bed was hard and very uncomfortable it could have done with a mattress topper. The bathroom was badly planned out and the toilet difficult to use. The area the hotel is in is not the best but once inside all was good.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent and staff was outstanding-especially Sara. Friendly staff. Locations fairly close to Barajas Airport. Service was much superior here than the large hotel we stayed in earlier downtown Madrid.
Food in restaurant for dinner was mediocre. but staff friendly.
