It’s comfortable but rooms are a little bit small, no closet. Two ladies who work in the lobby and one of the gentleman were very nice, and in disposition to help guests.
On of the gentlemen who work in the lobby, very unhelpful. Hotel offers cab service; if there’s no one at the entrance, we can ask in the lobby to call one by phone, but this employee didn’t want to do it, so my mother (an elder lady) and I, carrying 3 luggages, have to handle the lack of transportation by ourselves
