    Very near to ventas station and convenient for us to travel around few spots. The supermarket is near the hotel and the environment is quiet and cozy for us to sleep well

    Room was nice, clean and very spacious. Bathroom smelled like the sewer, I actually had to pop to the supermarket and get an air freshener. It smelled like that because of the tubes/weather change not because it wasn’t clean but yeh, nobody likes sewer smells in their bathroom I guess. Parking is very tight, bit of a struggle to park but ok. When checking out staff didn’t even know I parked my car there so I told them that I want to pay for it. Now knowing that we are leaving we were trying to get the gate open but no answer so we had to wait there for a while until somebody picked up the phone.

    Location is perfect especially when you are joining local tours to e.g. Toledo. However it’s quite disappointing when there’s no fridge in the room and when some of the staff weren’t helpful.
