El trato de todo el personal fue excelente, amable y simpático
Los aparatos eléctrónicos funcionaban mal o no funcionaban. Las tarjetas apertura puerta habitación se desactivaban en muy pocas horas y no funcionaban. La voz de apertura puertas ascensor para los ciegos, lo decía al revés. Cuando abrían puertas anunciaba cierre y viceversa. La salida del parking no funcionó durante los 3 días de estancia. Comentaron que fallaba la cámara de reconocimiento de matrícula. En resumen: electrónica muy mal. Aparte de eso, nos tuvieron que reparar la ducha pues la "alcachofa" se quedaba caída hacia abajo desde el primer día.
