Clean and safe.

It was a great location to visit Paris and the tourist attractions. They provided a clean room with fresh towels daily. Toilets on ground floor so don't have to wait to get to your room. Lots of great places to eat just on the doorstep.

It's a 2 star hotel.....expect nothing but enjoy the location and a bed to sleep in.

The location is great and it's cheap.

No power points near beds. Staff are not particularly welcoming and our double room had 3 single beds and barely room to move.

Unhappy staff can never compensate the overall experience

Location was good, rooms were small but enough for 2 people with small luggage. Iron was available upon request.

Staff was quiet, sad and unavailable, not welcoming at all, it felt so uncomfortable. I requested an invoice which after 30 days still has not arrived, no answer. Hotel is old and in urgent need of refurbishment, smallest bathroom I have ever seen.

The hotel is clearly understaffed and showing a lot of wear and tear. Location is good though.

The location is good, in an alley full of other hotels.

The first room we got was not cleaned. Clearly, someone else had stayed there and left their trash. The second room smelled sour, almost like cat pee. The room got very hot during the night. Luckily they provide a fan to plug in, but there are very few outlets (we had to unplug the TV). In the morning while showering (with a handle that wouldn’t stay in the holder). A random person walked into our room with a key.

The first room we got had an awful smell. They gave us a new room that was a bit better, but still... Worn down and shabby is one ting, but the hallways were dirty and the rooms as well. We left early the next morning although we had paid for two nights.

The room is too small, Shower small no place to put the hydro you need to hold and to make sower in 1 hand. All the sower water split on floor. When you ask the reception for taxi to airport each one of them have another price and they tell direct if you tell that the one offer x price he said ok it's his, i have my price, instead to help they make money. Corridors too narrow

Does the job for a budget stay.

Hotel was as expected. Great location to get around that was the main pro. Room quite small but it is Paris after all. Good for a budget stay. A good place if you're out most of the day.

Bad sound insulation. Lots of noise from corridors and one evening the fire alarm went off for 10 minutes. Not the place to stay if you are fussy with sleep.

The location was very good! Next to shops, cafe and metro station.

The room was too small, i couldnt fit in the shower or the toilet seat (needed to sit on the site). The bed wasnt comfortable as you could feel the strains. There was no shower gel (empty) we needed to ask, also asked for an extra blanket cause we felt cold but they didnt had any. The breakfast was very poor (no eggs, no cheese, no fruits).

Very quiet room facing courtyard. A bit of noise inside the hotel but wearing ear plugs I slept well most nights. Super location and amenities like groceries or take out food was excellent for me. Very comfy bed and no bed bugs to be seen in a 9 day stay, so I was happy. Wifi was not too bad. Good house keeping. Nice shower and fresh towels each day.

A bit of early morning noise and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Sounded like someone was washing dishes in a bathtub but it might just be regular small hotel room noises. I wore ear plugs and I would stay here again, no problem. And door slamming guests are not something any hotel can do anything about.
