Spacious room with kitchen. The room is clean. And it is very quiet. Good worthy of money
No staff on site . No follow up for check in and check out. When parking is not available (4 slot in front of building), no proper instruction.

The room was spacious, modern with upgrades and basic necessities included with the short stay. Room came with a good breakfast, free water bottles, coffee maker, coffee, tea and small fridge. Also the rooms were cleaned daily which I was not expecting because it is a reception-less hotel. I must say overall the stay was very good, quiet and comfortable and not as bad as some of the 1-3 star reviews I've seen for Hori Inn.
Maybe it's just me but I'm not accustomed to reception-less hotels because I rarely see them in the USA. This is my second trip to Europe and they are everywhere now! Check-In was confusing at first because the language was in German but we managed. My main gripe was location from Zurich main city but I can blame myself for that. We needed to take a train + bus to get to hotel and we clocked in around 50 minutes total one-way. However, it's very close to the airport ZRH.

Great room, nice large area and big bathroom . The location made it an 8 minute drive to the airport.
Booking failed to send acknowledgment to my email, thus with the self service check in took several tries to figure out entry. The WiFi in our room was nonexistent, I had to go to the hall for great reception

No A/C, no staff to report issues about the room, computerized check in and out.
