Pleasant Stay with Helpful Staff and Spacious Rooms

We stayed at Hotel Hori Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind and helpful, providing clear instructions for both the traditional check-in and the self check-in. The hotel has plenty of free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was available for an extra charge, but we did not use it as we hadn’t paid in advance and did not receive instructions. Our room was spacious, with a large bright window and a big bathroom equipped with a bathtub-shower. We also appreciated the kettle with tea, milk, and sugar provided. There was a sofa bed prepared for our 7-year-old child, and a baby cot was kindly offered free of charge. Air conditioning was available, although we didn’t need it thanks to the pleasant weather. For safety reasons, the French window remained locked as it opened onto the roof, but that wasn’t an issue. At check-out around 8 a.m., I wasn’t sure where to leave the room card, so I placed it in the mailbox outside the building. I immediately messaged the staff and received a quick reply. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and we hope to come back on another occasion.

Good value for money. Thanks to the self check-in, we were able to check in even faster than with a regular check-in. The room is relatively new, so it was pleasant to stay there. There's an electric kettle. Free parking is available.

There's no air conditioning, and the room heats up. However, the windows can be opened.

No A/C, no staff to report issues about the room, computerized check in and out. Hotel is in the middle of an industrial area.

I learned a lesson last night

I didn’t expect the locale - its in an Industrial Estate in an Metal Clad Industrial Building overlooking a lorry park. Room was OK design.

There are no staff on site if you have a problem you call a call centre I think this dangerous .there is no food vending machines on site and nothing local to get hot food or breakfast . it took 45 minutes to get checked in on a ATM screen outside the Main door on a Freezing wet night Room carpet smelled of mens feet. The 3rd floor sits over the second floor which houses the air con plant so a constant noise all night.
