Super good service from the staff. Put in laundry to wash before leaving the hotel, but found it at the dryer when we reached the hotel. What a great service! They also went all out to find clinic when my Mum sprained her hip and when my eldest sister left her credit card at the supermarket at Taipei 101.
Pillows & bed are too soft.😵💫

Good location, close to MRT and Ximen touristy zone. Helpful staff.
Extremely thin walls. This is a common complaint in the city, but in this hotel it was the worst by far. Sounded like people were taking a shower in our room, could hear people talking and opening/closing doors very loudly. Woke us up when people got up early for the airport and took showers, brushed there teeth etc.
Also small room. The room size is a bit misleading because the bathroom is unnecessarily spacious which takes away roughly half of the room size.
It is advertised that there is a window, but it is actually inside the bathroom and not in the bedroom.
