I was really happy during my stay at this place. I forgot to ask his name but the one in the reception really tried his best to explain to me how I can use the washing machine and dryer. I can also get the necessities I needed on the first floor, like tissue paper, water, and there is also a coffee machine in there. I also like how it was near the train stations, Xiaonanmen station is actually closer like 4 mins. walk than Ximen station which is like 9-10mins. but still close. Also, Carrefour is just minutes away from here and Ximending.
Maybe something that they can improve is the TV. It only shows the local channel so I wasn't able to use it. Maybe upgrade it to connect to youtube or netflix.
