Comfort in hotel

The checkin was very smooth and so fast. Excellent and professional front desk. They mentioned the facilities available and timing while checking us in. The bellboy was ready to take the luggage to the room. Room service was very prompt while taking in and servicing. All old-time charms were available and reminded us of the comforts of yesteryears. Its a beautiful victorian building in the heart of the town. Very large rooms.

Its a beautiful victorian building in the heart of the town and hence the furnishing shows age in some places.

Breakfast was excellent specially the filter coffee. Location is quite central. The staff were very curteous. The call for checking on the airconditioner was very very efficient.

Clean and well decorated

Miss understanding About the room number. Two room numbers were written on the card holder. Took 15-20 minutes extra to solve the issue. The floor staff weren’t helpfull , so I had to do it by myself. I booked a delux room and they upgraded it to the Heritage room. But i didn’t like it at all. I arrived at the hotel about 40 minutes before check in time. I told the reception to complete the paperwork. But they told me to wait and at 2 pm they called me and did the paper work. Whereas they could do it earlier which could save my time as i was super tired and i wanted to jump on the bed asap. The worst is the swimming pool. Start from 4 feet. So children who cannot swim are unable to use it.
