    After a long drive from Jodhpur, we arrived at Radisson quite late in the evening and were welcomed by a very friendly reception team with a quick and smooth check-in. Manager Siddharth was particularly prompt in extending a warm gesture by upgrading us to a higher room category, which was greatly appreciated after a tiring journey. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the sleep quality was excellent. What made our stay especially memorable was a last-minute decision to celebrate our daughter’s birthday at the hotel along with her group of friends. Despite it being a very spontaneous plan, Restaurant Manager Vivek was extremely supportive and accommodating. He offered us an excellent arrangement for the group, and he and his team took care of the entire celebration wonderfully. They even managed to arrange a fresh eggless birthday cake at short notice and on time, which added a lovely personal touch to the evening. The food, service and overall coordination made it a relaxed and enjoyable celebration for everyone. Breakfast the following morning was also very good, rounding off a comfortable stay. Overall, a great experience made memorable by the warmth, flexibility and genuine hospitality of the team. Special thanks to Siddharth, Vivek and their colleagues for making both our stay and our daughter’s birthday celebration so enjoyable.

    Front desk never attends calls even if you call from your room. This is not 5 star hotel . Not even 2 star. This Hotel is a failure . Room service is very poor. Restaurent is extremely expensive. All the good reviews are false and cooked up.. Room design is nasty. Washroom has a transparent glass facing bedroom. That is why they give huge discounts
