    We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Marriott, and it was truly memorable thanks to Ms. Shreya and her team. Their planning, warm hospitality, and flawless execution made the event special for our family and guests.     I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be decent, but I honestly don’t think it deserves a five-star rating. The room was okay, but the bathroom walls had visible stains. When I mentioned it to the manager, the response was simply that it’s an old property. While I understand that it’s an older building, that shouldn’t be an excuse for poor maintenance in a hotel claiming to be five stars. Another issue was the room layout. The TV was not positioned opposite the bed, making it uncomfortable to watch. When I asked if another room with a better layout was available, I was told that all the rooms are designed the same way. The toilet seat was also very low, which can be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests. The staff were generally polite, but the service lacked the professionalism expected from a five-star hotel. During the complimentary breakfast, I ordered an item that never arrived. When I followed up with the staff, instead of checking the order or arranging for it to be served, the response was simply, “Do you wish to cancel?” That response was disappointing and gave the impression that guest satisfaction was not a priority. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a stay, but it does not offer the standards, attention to detail, or service expected of a five-star property. There are many other hotels offering a much better five-star experience at a lower price with far more professional service.

    The rooms needs a renovation ,the there were visible seepage in restroom offered to us .Tv needs to be upgraded to LED .Not worth for the price paid .If you are booked through a third party then you are not entitled the have the bills posted to the room .
