Overall excellent hotel. Been there like 5 times in less than 2 years. Staff are effcient and room service in excellent. Location is easy access to many places and not too far from airport. Worth the money

I had a wonderful stay at The Residency Towers Chennai and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The reservation staff, front desk team, reception, bell boys, and restaurant staff were all extremely respectful, friendly, and professional. They were always smiling, attentive, and willing to assist, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spacious, neat, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. There was an impressive variety of dishes, especially authentic South Indian cuisine. Everything was fresh, delicious, hygienically prepared, and well presented. It was truly a feast every morning, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to get around Chennai. Overall, I had an excellent experience. The combination of warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and outstanding food made my stay memorable. I highly recommend The Residency Towers Chennai to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely be coming back again. From Pal

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The buffet spread was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It’s located at pondy bazaar. Perfect place to shop! Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’ll definitely come back again!

The water in the bathing room is very smelly. The staffs do not greet their guest with greetings especially The staffs in the coffee must greet the guests with a smile and wishes. The morning breakfast is not that good. The staff do not clear the plates and we have clear it ourselves especially the two northern indian girls who always busy arranging the cutlery. The guards are good in greetings.
