To be honest, I booked this property by accident, there is another Lloyds Serviced Apartments in a different part of town which is what I thought I was booking, keep that in mind. As for the rooms, they definitely feel more rundown than other budget properties I have stayed in over my month in south India BUT, once I got past that I realized, the rooms are very clean, bedding and towels are clean, all of the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay are provided, fan and AC work well, excellent hot water, something not to be taken for granted in budget hotels. Finally, the complementary breakfast, served in your room is very tasty, a great start for the day. Oh, and the staff is also great/ professional . So, I can recommend this hotel.

Rooms need to be clean and maintainenance of rooms should be high.
