A nice cosy hotel with good facilities at a convenient location. We enjoyed our 2 days stay there. The room was good and the staff behaviour was great.

Bathrooms could be cleaner

We reached at 9 pm. The two boys were eating on the floor and one of them came with unwashed hands to check us in, used his other hand to scan our id. We were two twin beds joined together ( and not the double bed we had asked for) and there were many used food plates etc outside the rooms adjacent. When we asked for towels, we were initially told that there were not any as there was a problem with the laundry service. Only after I called the hotel number I found on Google maps did we get towels. The biggest issues were BROKEN BATHROOM SCREEN so mosquitoes were biting us whenever we entered. The coffee kettle tray was very dirty and the kettle is scalding hot to the touch when we used it each day! Room 104 was alloted and the windows face another house up close, so don't choose that room The two staff boys were helpful and polite after the initial check in process hurdle. We sis not get the room cleaned for 3 days as we were afraid of more mosquitoes that might come in. AC unit was old, but worked fine The location IS excellent , one can walk to Sangeetha for an excellent breakfast. The front reception are could be cleaner, old newspapers are lying around day after day We chose to nornhave breakfast there after reading previous reviews of slow service.
