The location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, spa was great, room was clean, hot water great AC perfecty cold
Internet was not working in the first 2 days but then it was ok. Dinner at the hotel toooo expensive and service was very slow.

It was clean, close by to an appointment I add to attend every other day. I had room service every day except for when I put do not disturb 😃 staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was ok.
The language barrier, I believe if you are cratering to outside tourist you should not just limit the staff to only speaking Spanish, I know I was going to a Spanish speaking country but I’ve been to a lot of other Spanish speaking countries that persons can relate to their guest in English .
