Location, nice views, great decor, variety of accommodation types. Great amenities in general. Great food, great breakfast. Nice lunch dinner menu and great food. Great room size and amenities and toiletries. Nice and charming pool albeit not the largest.

The following needs work (it is noted the hotel has just been acquired by Senator so there will be teething issues) - check in process too slow. Replace with online “pre-check in” passport upload - no lift to rooms on first floor. Made it difficult with baby and buggy - air conditioning is dated and loud - shower pressure is low. Shower was cold in morning, and only mildly warm at night. Shower leaked a little - staff (night reception) refused to sell any drinks at 1am and was not friendly about it. Came across as rude. We only asked for two beers so we could enjoy these in our patio. - there are no umbrellas / parasols or other shading in pool area - cutting the grass should be in early morning. Doing it in afternoon means noise and also trimmings end up in pool. - only two deck chairs at pool. No padding/cushion on these. - there should be some pathway to pool to avoid grass. Grass trimmings ended up eveywhere. All over the room and the shower as if stuck to shoes. - staff should be able to process a drink order and a food order simultaneously - toilets at breakfast have “unfinished” look and need some sprucing up - no hand railings or fencing on wheelchair ramps. Makes it dangerous for kids/adults - no welcome information or QR code in room

The location very close to Valdevaqueros beach, the Staff and service, the breakfast was wonderful, easy parking

We didn’t have water in the hotel one night. Although it was do to a broken pipe, it would’ve been nice to inform us by a notice in the room instead of finding out when ready to take a shower.

So many things to love about this place! Location,style and design,exceptional food...you must try the pizza!, cleanliness,breakfast, the comfy beds...everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful...we stayed in room 9 with a terrace with side sea view and open mountain views

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer! Nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Location. Modern and clean. Bobo vibe

It’s doesn’t have a swimming pool but it advertises that it does. It’s very expensive for the facilities it offers. The car park is not a car park but a bit of land in front of hotel. Checking in was painful. No one offered to help with bags.
