The room and beds were spacious and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception ambience good. Very close to city streets and piazzas.
The hotel advertises itself as a Spa hotel but doesn't mention that even guests have to pay 23€ each time to use the pool etc. I wouldn't have booked if I'd known this.
Cooked breakfast usually not very warm because ingredients not kept under heat and plates not warmed.
Sound insulation in room needs to be upgraded as people and traffic noise heard even when windows are closed.

Everything! All staff I met were professional, warm, helpful and friendly. They also spoke perfect English which helped considerably with my lack of Spanish language skills. All areas that I saw were spotlessly clean. The location was superb.

It was very dated. Everything was ‘extra’. The towels were old. It just felt uncared for.
