Open at midnight for late arrival with a human at reception desk

Bathroom door doesn't close. Inch gap between frame and door. Shower temperature was always warm

Breakfast was extensive, served in lovely room.
Room was tiny and basic. Not boutique at all, apart from a fancy headboard! Bathroom poor. Shower was overhead attachment to bath and impossible to operate easily. No shower gel anywhere near the shower, just shampoo. Coffee terrible.
