Location very good within easy walking distance from train & bus station..

Room was very basic no fridge or kettle

The bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. They are pet friendly.

Comfortable and quiet. Staff is nice.

The check-in could be a little more simple as there is not always someone in the building to open you if you don't have the code. We helped some travelers when they arrived because they were blocked outside. Also consider this place a hotel, so it means they have to kitchen and no ammenities to cook anything. It would be a great idea to install a small place to cook some basic stuff in the hall since there is already some couches. A toaster, microwave and a boiler would be a great add on for people who stay more than 2 days and don't want to always go to the restaurant. :-) A mini fridge in the room would also be a good idea. Anyway, you get the point. ;-)

Location was perfect.

The bed was really uncomfortable, including the pillow. It is basically just a mattress on a wooden board so when you move (no matter how slightly and slowly) the mattress moves with you. There is literally no soundproofing so you can hear what other guests in other rooms are doing and talking about, even when they are not loud. Not to mention the noise from the street.
