I would definitely recommend this hotel, beautifully decorated and the location is excellent. The staff were marvellous especially Eduardo. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good arrangements for parking and warm welcome by staff. An attractive hotel in central location. A good breakfast and comfortable bed.

Shower fittings were not securely attached. The two lots of steps in our room required care as not automatically lit.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from the city centre with many bars and cafes in the area. Parking was conveniently organised for us. The terrace where our room was situated was beautiful with great views of the sunrise and sunset. It did get quite hot in the afternoons and the terrace could have benefited from an umbrella. It was great that the room had air conditioning, even in March, it got quite hot on the terrace and we needed to use it.

We had a very large room in the terrace #20. The room didn't feel very clean, the couch had a large stain, the bathroom floor had many stray hairs and looked dirty, the bathroom sink was incredibly tiny - water splishing everywhere when you wash your face, nowhere to put your toiletries. Only one set of pillows, no lighter sheet or covers for warmer days. Especially for a 3 night stay, this lack of amenities made our stay not so comfortable. Overall our room and general facilities and furnishings seem more catered to being instagrammable as opposed to their functionality. For example the tiny but completely useless pool, or the kitchen fitted in our room, with a stove and sink, but not a single pot or pan - so completely unusable. No water was provided in the rooms. The cups were made of plastic and there was no tea in the rooms either. So the whole setup with hot water kettle etc, was only for coffee which was a pity. Our room was on the terrace and a couple of night it was quite loud with large groups of guests hanging out and talking around our rooms late into the night. With no staff around outside of core hours, there is no one at this property to manage issues like this. Luckily the issue we had with the room door not locking was discovered when Paula was around and she was able to help us right away, if this had occurred post 8pm, things could have been challenging.
