It all went very well, the staff were always on top of job, always wanting to serve and please the guest. Property was neat and clean. The Italian restaurant, Antonio's, is a hidden treasure, excellent wait staff, great chef, and af course the food was excellent. The front desk staff made the stay very easy, there are never any problems, always solutions, thank you for making our stay a pleasure!
The breakfast was a little chaotic. wait staff was bussing the tables and bringing drinks. Dedicated staff bussing tables so the waitstaff can focus on bringing drinks and serving the tables.

Location is very central and 10min walk to a great beach. You still need to drive to the city. The resort is nice the restaurants too
The appartment we rented started to be old and was infested with ants. View was not nice. Not really 5 stars, probably the suites are better. However the ants issue was taken by the staff which offered a discount

Great location. Beautiful pool. Walking path along water. Excellent front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff. Breakfast was great.
We had a few issues but management stepped up and corrected. You can tell they really care about their customers. We were satisfied.
