The pools were fabulous especially the pool for kids with the sand bottom.
Everything was wonderful, however the apartment needed a little updating, but the hotel is due to close for renovation so expect this is why.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cascade Wellness Resort. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel — the beautiful location, relaxing atmosphere, spacious surroundings, and the general quality of the property all made for a very pleasant experience.
What stood out most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming rather than simply professional.
The only things that could have been better were the air conditioning, which was rather difficult to understand and never seemed to work quite as expected, and a squeaky door in the room, which was a little annoying.

Great location. Beautiful pool. Walking path along water. Excellent front desk, breakfast, and housekeeping staff. Breakfast was great.
We had a few issues but management stepped up and corrected. You can tell they really care about their customers. We were satisfied.
