The Staff was nice, in Reception, Restaurant and Medical. We like the view to the Spa Park, but there is very noisy form the buleward :-( . The Swiming salt pool was nice with good winter temperature 29 C. Big hydromassage hot tube was also ok. Nice Steam bath, but working not every day. Big apartment bathroom.

The whole conception of this hotel is not to make money, but to save money. 1. This is the most gloomy and darklighted hotel. Dark in the corridors. Dark in the Spa area. Not look cosy and comfortable. The pool lifeguards non stop turn off the lights every where. Even he stay in dark staff room. The showers in the Changing room are broken or have only cold water. The whole "spa" area looks like old socialistic sanatorium. The folding chair in the apartment for kid or old man was broke and dirty. The heating in the apartment was brutaly hot, and you cant switch off, because of broke hand-vent. If you open the window through the night, its windy. And very noise early in the morning because of bulevard and cars. The blanket for sleep was too very thick, innormal thick. The matraces was innormal soft like a jelly. 8. The Morning Breakfast is so-so ok for the 3 star regulary hotel, with classic bad diluted water-coffee :-/ . Its a presented like Medi Spa complex, but they never change the towels, never clean the rooms, exept if you ask him. The parking outside surprising: its not owned by the Hotel. The wi-fi working mainly if you are close to the floor coridors. The Cieplice small center and Park is a nice for walking.
