    We spent two nights in Delphi. Lovely little town with winding streets. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. Our room in Hotel Orfeas was modest but the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. Stuff was very helpful and trying to make you happy.

    The owner was always sleeping in the lobby and you’d have to make noises to wake him up so he would help you. This place is in serious need of an upgrade. I would not recommend it to anybody. Even at €10, it would be pushing the envelope.

    Firstly the view from our balcony was to die for, overlooking the valley and coast. Room was comfortable, with good air conditioning. cleanliness could be improved with places like the walls needing cleaning and decor could be updated. Breakfast was sufficient, served to you with an egg, bread, yoghurt, jams, olives, meats, cheese, cake, biscuits, juice and coffee. I fell in love with their sour cherry jam! The hotel has a lift which is a bonus for this low star rating hotel. Location was excellent, just outside the town centre, a quick walk to all the main restaurants. Room didn’t have a kettle but they happily supplied one upon request. The main gentleman who I assume is the owner was lovely, the other staff weren’t that friendly but had limited interaction with them.
