Price and location are great.the small breakfast is a smart gesture.

The short stay was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. The place is located in the city center close to different services like grocery store, pharmacy, metro ecc
The only thing I didn't enjoy and expect was lots of homeless people and drugs addicts, lots of rubbish and needless right outside the accommodation.
