Overall it was quiet and clean. Place has a good vibe being owned by a young and relaxed family with two lovely children who often decorate the lobby. Balcony was nice and relatively large, despite of everything else being quite cramped. Balcony doors were of good quality and louvers improved privacy and protected from sunlight. Elevator and lobby were really nice, exceeding expectations and looking elegant.
Bed was good looking and rather comfortable.
Bathroom accessories for hanging towels or shower stuff were not properly fixed on the wall; So stuff was often on the floor. Main towel hanger was located exactly above the toilet seat... I've asked the owner to fix the problem. he was open and kind but didn't do anything about it by the time we left.
Hotel being placed on the top of the hill required climbing of about 0.5 km slope after each walk downtown Nevertheless hotel rooms had no view. The quality of the view was relying highly on who lives and how behaves the people in the opposite building at only 5-7 meters distance. We were lucky, everyone behaved.
Room size, including bathroom, was minimal particularly for a family like us having a 15yo boy.

Не е нормално, да направиш резервация и да чакаш до последния момент, някой да ти изпрати съобщение с номера на стаята. Намирам този начин на комуникация, крайно унизителен за клиента! Ами ако нямам възможност за достъп до интернет и не мога да си проверя пощата? Няма да имам възможност да отседна в стаята за която съм си платил?? Е това е нелепо!!!!
Да не говорим за душът в банята….. катастрофа
