Location - next to Dotonbori, literally few steps away
Water and ice dispenser available on every floor
Good breakfast with european options
The elevators, not enough for the size of the hotel. We waited a lot.
This was a real problem for us since we had 2 rooms at different floors and no stairs available as alternative.

Location was fantastic. You are in the heart of everything. The Dyson hairdryer in the room was a bonus.

Really clean rooms, professional staff. The bathroom/wet room is amazing - bath amenities can be found in the lobby. I would recommend getting the breakfast as well, if not already included (3300 yen per person/day). It is very diverse and has both Japanese and Western elements, so there should be something for everyone. Thank you to the staff for also arranging our luggage forwarding. The location is hyper-central, so it will be very crowded especially at night 😅
The only thing was a little area in the bathroom next to the shower that wasn't properly sealed and water could technically get in. But it was not an issue during our stay.

Ideally located .
One lift in use consequently based on the 10th floor it could take ages to access the ground floor as no stairway made available to the public . With 14 floors it was full when decending on arrival at the 10th .
