A very convenient stay with excellent walkability, easy transport access, and plenty of shopping nearby. The staff were a real highlight, and the overall value is strong. The main drawbacks were the small room size and housekeeping, which affected the cleanliness impression. Facilities were adequate but not especially impressive, so expectations should be kept realistic.

We only stayed in Osaka one night in order to catch a flight out of Osaka airport the next day. Seeing as we only had an evening in Osaka, I wanted to make the most of it and be in the heart of the action, which is exactly where this hotel sits. You step out directly into one of the busiest areas of Dotonbori street. My personal feelings of Dotonbori aside, if you want to be a part of that mayhem, this is place for you. You cannot be dropped off here by cab, and since it's in the middle of foot street, be mindful it's going to be a brief walk with all your luggage, potentially through swarms of people. The staff were of course incredibly accommodating and kind. The room was just big enough for our one night, but I would not stay here for more than a couple nights. The room was clean but nothing remarkable.
