I didn’t get the room, I paid, went to reception, struggle to communicate, my key was not in their box, and I am still w

Absolute nothing, this is the hotel scamming people.

When I arrived after 9 hours of train, reached at 10 in the night, many people at the entrance were struggling to get into their rooms, some like me arrived and there was no key, we contacted the number given, no body reply, after 30 mintues one person talked to me, that he don’t have my booking, while I have my booking in my hand. I was unable to get in, my money is gone, I book a nearby B&B hotel to bring my tired body to a sleep. I am still waiting for my money :(

I love the quietness and privacy

The bathroom and the bedsheet were clean but the floor was not vacuumed and there were paper condoms under the bed and the white mattress lining was stained. Otherwise a lovely place to unwind and relax and the Breakfast is ok.

It was very bad I wouldn’t recommend

Some of the receptionist were rude . And they were in no help I wanted to check out early because i had an emergency they wouldn’t help me . The room and the bathroom were filthy and they only gave me 1 towel for my stay i booked it for 3 days

Personnel could not speak other language than Deutsch. Even though I informed in advance I will arrive between 20-21h, when I came, reception was empty. There were 2 other guests waiting for check-in, we ware waiting for 20 minutes before anyone came. Hotel was full of some construction workers who spend the evening oustide on the entrance stairs and around hotel drinking beer.
