The location of the hotel is great. Just overlooking the Han river.
The hotel has centralised Air con. There were issues with the heating system and the room was not cool enough. When requested to look into it, the solution from the hotel was a pedestal fan.

A very stylish hotel in the traditional upmarket fashion. My room had been renovated and was very comfortable with all the facilities that you could want. A choice of three restaurants are available and I found the quality of the food and its presentation excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful in both the restaurant and the reception desk.

The room was ok.
Our first experience with the receptionist wasn't good. After a 19-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM, and the first thing he told us was that the room wouldn't be ready until 3:00 PM, not even a "Hello, welcome to our hotel dear guest." Nothing.
We had to ask if we could leave our luggage, as he didn't offer to do so. 🫣 Someone really needs to teach them how to treat customers.
