地理位置很好，在宏大附近，非常热闹，逛街很方便周边吃的也很多，房子也很大。

位置在考试院的上面，考试院的楼层有点味道，除此之外都挺好的

Bright, clean and spacious apartment in a great location for going out. Fairly close to a subway station.

Not accessible for wheelchairs or other types of disabilities that require an elevator. Missing in the description but to be fair, didn't directly ask until it was too late. The neighborhood consists of older buildings and also this one has a narrow hallway up to the 4th floor. Beds were box spring beds directly on the floor and bed sheets over the duvets were missing. Some of the windows don't work properly and the blinds don't really block sunlight. The host was respectful to talk to but don't expect any price adjustments in case something goes wrong, like removing two guests short notice due to the accessibility issue although that was on us a bit for not asking directly and only going off of the listing.
