    Poor experience for a family stay, despite the clean rooms and good location We booked multiple rooms for our family, but the hotel was unable to arrange them next to each other or even on the same floor. One room was on the 12th floor, while the other was on the 3rd floor almost ten floors apart. As we were travelling with several children, my wife and I had to stay separately. Some of the children stayed with my wife on one floor, while the others stayed with me on another floor. This was extremely inconvenient and disappointing for a family stay. The service from the front-line staff did not feel warm or welcoming. From our observation, the staff seemed more attentive to guests arriving in expensive cars, while their attitude toward us felt cold and indifferent. However, the housekeeping staff had the best attitude in the hotel. They were humble, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were also exceptionally clean and well maintained, which we truly appreciated. The buffet was disappointing. The food choices were limited, and the overall taste was poor. We waited around 30 minutes for fried eggs, and the abalone steamed egg was watery and tasteless. The positive points were the convenient location near Mapo Station and nearby food streets, the beautiful view of the Han River, the exceptionally clean rooms and the excellent housekeeping staff. Overall, although the rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff were wonderful, the room arrangement, front-line service and buffet quality were far below our expectations. I would not recommend this hotel for families travelling with young children.

    Hotel is only few minutes walking distance from Mapo subway station. Loved the two swimming pools especially the outdoor one that offers beautiful views from 21st floor. The staffs were nice and polite. I was very pleased with the upgrade however, the furniture in the room was quite dusty.
