    The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far from Gongdeok Station if you have a lot of luggage. However, the airport bus stops just two minutes from the hotel, so it’s very convenient.

    這次四位家人同行訂了家庭套房，搭紅眼班機早上到達，在訂房時也有填寫預計到達時間。然後行前收到飯店email通知我們雖然標準入住是下午三點開始，不過如果有房間的話最早能辦理入住時間是中午12點，當時收到信件覺得這間飯店實在太貼心了，居然有注意到我們的預計到達時間！ 約莫上午10點左右到了飯店後，前台表示還不能辦理入住，時間很早當然不能入住，我們就先寄放四件行李箱，一位金姓的員工出來面無表情指著行李叫我們把行李箱把手都拉起來，我也照辦了，還想說可能他不熟悉怕弄壞，當時也不覺得怎樣。 之後我們就出去附近逛逛，因為我下午兩點有一個預約的行程，於是我大概12點多自己先回到飯店想辦好入住，這樣其他家人晚點回來就能直接進房休息，畢竟大家紅眼班機撐到下午都很累了。當時櫃檯金姓員工說房間還在清掃中請我等等，我等了一個小時，問了兩次眼看快遲到了需要離開，金表示房間兩點左右才能進去，我之後就問了另一位短髮女職員如果我這個訂房代表人不在，我家人要怎麼check in, 她表示只要我給他們護照跟訂房代碼就可以了。 結果下午四點多，家人打給我表示前台不讓他們辦理，說一定要我本人出現才行。我請他們找當時告訴我這個替代方案的職員辦理，結果家人說，一位戴眼鏡的小姐本來已經要辦好入住給房卡, 那位金姓職員突然出現阻止，而且態度口氣十分差勁。她們只好拖著疲累的身體到樓下咖啡廳坐著等我，我回到酒店已經是傍晚六點多了，我很不滿職員之間資訊的不流通、處理方式不一致、在幾乎每個前台員工都看到我們四位是同行的前提之下未能提供替代check in方式。我向前台金姓職員表示不滿之後，一位title assistant manager的男性出現接手check in手續，制式化的說抱歉，說這是Agoda Korea特殊的規定，一定要本人出現辦理！我想問，難道不能在我接觸前台時就先辦好手續，然後房卡晚點再給我們嗎？沒有任何彈性方式嗎？ btw 這些員工對待日本客人與其他旅客的表情有著很大的分別！我們有禮貌的詢問、一再配合職員的指示，換來的是無禮的對待。我在日本常常住宿Roynet，以為來韓國選擇同品牌有保障，看來是我錯了🙅🏻‍♀️ 另外，電梯要等很久也是另一個扣分的地方。不會再住這間飯店了，也不推薦給任何人！

    Perfect location with easy access to bus lines and metro. The 24 hours coffee and water bar was a nice touch. Our room was comfortable and clean.

    Pros: - very friendly front desk staff - great location - good mirrors Cons: - cleanliness was honestly not up to standard in some rooms, bathrooms had pee smell. Rooms had lingering smell if you have a sensitive nose For the same price, you could probably stay at a way more cleaner place although I do love Roynet lighting and mirrors.
