    Review: We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the outstanding service and warm hospitality throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We would especially like to commend Jacqueline Lee, the Assistant General Manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to ensuring that every guest has a great experience. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay even more special. She went above and beyond to make us feel valued and well looked after, and her leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service provided by the entire team. Thank you to Jacqueline and all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate your hard work and hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.     After staying at The Shilla in Jeju I was excited to stay at this hotel in Seoul but it didn’t compare at all. The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful which was a shame. The room was nice enough but was starting to show signs of age and use
