Our first trip to Korea with my son was made even more memorable by our stay at this hotel! 1. The location is excellent. Everything we needed was nearby. 2. The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen and washing machine, exactly what we were looking for. We especially loved the large closet and bathroom. 3. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. They also offer convenient luggage storage. 4. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee shops just outside the hotel. 5. Bus stops are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. 6. Seoul Station is only a 9-minute walk from the hotel, making it very convenient to take the AREX train directly to Incheon Airport. 7. Overall, it was the perfect hotel for us, and it made our first trip to Korea even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

The hotel is centrally located, and there is a bus stop right in front, which is very convenient. However, when coming from the opposite direction, the nearest stop is quite far, so you have to walk, or take a taxi, or even take the subway and go around to catch a bus, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, getting around is easy if you take a taxi. Since it is a residence-style hotel, it is well-suited for long stays. There is a washing machine available, and they even provided a large drying rack upon request. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they provided four bottles of water daily. It is also close to Seoul Station, making it easy to shop at nearby supermarkets, and there is a convenience store in the building as well. One downside was the cleanliness. It would have been helpful if they had provided basic cleaning tools like a broom so guests could clean themselves. I was also surprised by the amount of dust in the air conditioner. Additionally, there was no door in the shower area, so water tended to splash everywhere. Despite these issues, the stay was comfortable thanks to the wide range of TV channels, a smart TV with OTT services, a comfortable dining table, and blackout curtains. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and responsive. Both the female and male staff members were very friendly, and whenever we requested something, they responded almost immediately.

Only waters and towels are replaced. Beds not really made. For couple of nights i guess ok. But more than that better get somewhere better located.
