Staff very helpful, great location very close to train station and free transport local with pass for staying. Bed comfy and had own light and socket. Big lockers available.
Rooms have 16 bed mixed. Lots of snoring. People came and went out door smoking a lot so smell comes back in up until about 11.30 pm. Not many toilets and showers for 3x 16 bed dorms only 2 toilets and 2 showers.

Great views across Lugano, we had a garden room which was well appointed. The AC was good! The room seas better than expected since we booked via the hostel site.
Not much around the property. So you needed to walk across the station and down the hill.
It was Swiss national day and getting into a restaurant without a booking was almost impossible!
