I went for one week at Lugano stay. The best part was staff of the hostel. The hostel itself very big, comfortable and clean. The only problem i face was mosquitos.too many mosquitos in the garden and in the rooms as well.but if you apply mosquitos balm on your body it should be fine.one of the girl feom reception gave me a spray against the mosquito, after that night i was perfect with no mosquitos.I really enjoyed of my stays because of helpful staff on any matter. They sort it out with smile, they know how to smile.even the owner lady need to smile more 🤣She is very good but always in depression but i can feel as a owner responsibility but still she is very very polite and helpful.the breakfast staff was spot on.If i ever get chance to go back to lugano for a visit i will 100 percent stay in this hostel. Thanks again to make my stay memorable.❤️

You have to pay extra charges for everything like using kitchen, for breakfast, and also they are collecting city tax which i have not observed with other hotels.
