The room was very clean and everything in the room was OK. Bed was clean, towels was included, carpet was clean and bathroom clean.
The window in the room was not sealed properly, therefore you could hear everything from the main street in front of the hotel even if the window was fully closed.
The water tap was clogged with limescale and the water was spraying sideways, therefore it was difficult to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth.
The windows in the dining room also did not seal well, so you felt a light draft and cold when you sat next to the window.
The coffee was awful. The coffee was too watery and weak, and also too bitter. Either the coffee machine was not set up properly, or the coffee beans used were too cheap, or it was a combination of both.

Great clean and modern decor with ideal location to visit main sites of krakow
Strange drunk man wandered in after us at night into the property block. Although reception manned it didn’t feel 100 percent safe at night with some of the locals

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests, which really made a difference during my stay.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. There was a great selection of food every morning, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was well prepared and delicious, making it a perfect start to the day.
The room itself was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness, and the bed was cozy, which ensured a good night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
