WILLA RETRO Hostel & Rooms

I stayed at Willa Retro because I wanted something cheap in the center, walking distance to the Planty and Old Town. That’s exactly what I got. Location is the best part — you can do Kraków on foot or by tram and not waste money on transport. The room is a normal hostel room, not a boutique hotel, but the bed was fine and I could work on a laptop without a problem. Kitchen is fully usable (fridge, microwave, hob, everything you need) and the bathroom under the roof is clean and practical. Staff sorted things out when I asked. It’s a budget hostel, so you get what you pay for — and for this price that’s a fair deal. I’d book again.

Location and facilities were excellent.

The staff. One lady was extremely rude and swore at me. However, the other members of staff were very friendly and helpful.
