The position of the hotel is lovely. View os the forest, sea, mountains etc. Very nice to laze in the infinity pool and gaze out at the scenery. The food was also very nice and very reasonable. I did a few day trips to the temples, Menjangan Island and the forest/jungle. All very nice. There is a nice strip of beach a short walk away which made for another lovely day.
I didn't like that as a single person I had to pay more for all of the tours. However, unfortunately that seems to be the same the world over. Without a car you are pretty much stuck (unless you do a tour or are here for the diving) so you might not want to book weeks at a time!

Everything about this place screams attention to detail! The staff are so caring and friendly, the rooms have all their own special touch, everything is well thought out. I stayed in the Kura Kura room 07 and I couldn't get enough of the window seat! The hot spring jacuzzi was amazing. I had a look at the other rooms and each one has its own charm. The garden rooms for those who love privacy, the bay rooms for those who want to wake up with a view, the suites for that extra sense of luxury... And their dive center will take you to the best spots for snorkeling and diving!
I honestly can't think of anything. I'm looking forward to coming back here and forgetting about the world for a few days!

Clean and comfortable room, quiet and well kept grounds. Wide selection of food choices. The in-house dive centre is convenient for organising dives in nearby Menjangan Island.
The outdoor bathroom/toilet is typical Balinese but needs upgrading.

The hotel is beautiful and located on a quiet bay. They have different kinds of rooms, both different budgets. The staff are amazing and very helpful. It is also close to beaches and beautiful snorkeling / diving sites. We simply loved it!
The mangrove suite was not so nice. Too big and with too much empty space.

Low key but very comfortable resort, we got upgraded to the Lumbung Suite which we were initially disappointed by, as we had chosen the features of the simpler room on purpose (for airflow and outside bathroom), but it ended up working out very well for us as we came down with 'Bali belly' and the separate daybed became our key location for 3 days. Excellent sustainability efforts - refilled toiletries in the bathroom, water coolers throughout the resort, if you don't put the towels out to be changed they actually don't change them, unlike many other places. Reasonably priced activities on offer (massage, snorkeling).
Breakfast was pretty uninspiring compared with most cheaper places we stayed - stodgy cold pancakes, small selection of store-bought pastries. Layout of the Lumbung Suite with the bed upstairs in the section with no windows means that it gets hot - have to sleep with the fan/Aircon on.

This hotel is truly 10/10. It was the best stay I had throughout my Bali journey. The staff are so lovely and professional, the location is mesmerizing with the sea view and the infinity pool as well as the view of the mountains. It was really magical staying there and I could feel the calmness and serenity of the place. It is also an outstanding starting point for snorkeling at Menjangan island. Truly amazing experience that is a must in North Bali ❤️
Nothing, everything was perfect!

The staff were exceptional, bed comfortable, infinity pool lovely. Despite resort prices being about 3 times ordinary Bali prices the Facial I had at the spa was to die for & the buildings and grounds are kept immaculate.
Loved my window seat view in Kura Kura room. Fresh fruit supplied in room was a nice touch.
Breakfasts huge.
A little too isolated for me, I prefer to be able to take a stroll to take advantage of local shops, beauty salons, pharmacy & restaurants, also spreading the money around. Cost $15 to go 5 mins away by resort shuttle including return.
$50 to to 20 mins to Pemuteran ($30 with local driver. No Grab or Gojek transport available there.
A mini fridge would have been useful & aircon that could be adjusted.

Hats off to the staff, they were very attentive, caring and passionate in serving us the customers.
They dont have toilet bidet, the pizza was bland.

The view is amazing, i was placed in a room with a full view of the lake/sea. it was quiet and undisturbed. i think i got in at a good time between 2 different tour groups so pretty much had the entire place to myself.
The staff was very accommodating to my breakfast needs at 5am for a trekking trip. it was a spread to say the least with an array of breads, pancakes and fruits all packed and ready to go.
the cleanliness in the room could be better, but it was still at an acceptable level.

Very beautiful Resort right at the sea, very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, big pool and nice hot pot. They serve tasty local wine. The right place, if you look for a professionally managed place rather than an informal heartfelt and easy going atmosphere.
The food at the restaurant is okay, but relatively expensive considering the taste. We had much better meals for lower prices in other places. All activities are way more expensive compared to other local tour agencies (snorkeling, diving, trekking), so we organized almost all activities with other providers.

Beautiful resort that was perfect for relaxing. The pool is amazing and we could spend hours in there overlooking the mangrove bay. The staff was absolutely lovely and always happy to help. Our room had the private hot spring which was definitely worth it, but otherwise the shared hot spring beneath the swimming pool was also a great spot to relax. The room was comfortable and made up regularly by the staff. We had a great relaxing time and would definitely be back and recommend.
Unfortunately the food was not the best, but the menu does offer a large diversity of meals so there is something for everyone.
Due to the location of the hotel (and the region overall - this would be the same for all resorts in this area), there are not many other places to eat around, but we did rent a scooter and managed to eat in different hotels/resorts for a change - the beach club at the White Sandy Beach is not too far and is a good place to eat too.
We also found the price of some activities on site very expensive too (scuba diving, kayak rental, etc) - we were excited about having a dive shop on site but ended up not diving at all.

in a very quiet area of Bali. Peace and tranquillity is the word. Nice bay view. Food great. Big swimming pool or you can swim in the bay from the jetty.
some backlog maintenance after Corona. But they are working on it.

Impossible to find something we didn't like!

Lage ruhig, personal sehr freundlich. Bungalows ansprechend.
