I had inadvertently booked a room without a bathroom . I was upgraded free of charge to a suite with a bathroom . That was very much appreciated.

Amenities close by and heat pump
No extra blankets, stained old quilt, dust everywhere, the bed was damn hard, absolutely nil privacy, you could hear the neighbors snoring on either side, the ensuite, jesus not worth mentioning. I could go on but won't, I'm not hard too please really, paid 205.00 to stay the night all I expect is a tidy clean room not too much too ask for. They also need to be honest when advertising about x 2 spas they aren't even operational at the moment. The overall rating that booking .Com gives them should be lowered.
