We were so very grateful we had somewhere to stay for the night. My sisters and our elderly Mum. The day was bitterly cold and we knew we would check in late - a quick call to reception to let them know and instructions were provided to where we could get our key. We absolutely appreciated staff had turned on the heatpump and left a light on for us. Very kind gesture. Nga mihi

Convienient location, easy to find, close to amenteties, cafes , so warm and cosy, comfortable and excellent for our one night stay. Lady at reception was lovely and found me my key from the outside box even though we were late to arrive. Nice hot shower.
Honestly, I found the double bed quite hard and it didn't have any give in it. I woke up having had not much sleep. But everything else was perfect.

Amenities close by and heat pump
No extra blankets, stained old quilt, dust everywhere, the bed was damn hard, absolutely nil privacy, you could hear the neighbors snoring on either side, the ensuite, jesus not worth mentioning. I could go on but won't, I'm not hard too please really, paid 205.00 to stay the night all I expect is a tidy clean room not too much too ask for. They also need to be honest when advertising about x 2 spas they aren't even operational at the moment. The overall rating that booking .Com gives them should be lowered.
