The home is conveniently located just 600 metres from Pak’nSave, Pizza Hut, a liquor store, and a popular local bar, while still offering a calm and private setting with stunning views of Mount Pirongia.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with:
2 x King beds
1 x Queen bed
1 x Bunk bed
There is one shared bathroom, one ensuite, and four toilets.
Inside, you’ll find a renovated kitchen with black granite benchtops, warm timber cabinetry, and stylish finishes. The lounge features floor-to-ceiling windows framing beautiful views of Mount Pirongia, while the main bathroom includes dual marble basins, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub.
Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee at sunrise, watching the sunset over the mountains, or relaxing in the swim spa under the stars, this home is the perfect setting for your next getaway.
This is our much-loved family holiday home, which we are happy to share with guests when we are not using it ourselves. As this is a private home rather than a hotel or motel, some owner belongings may be stored on-site in private or locked areas, separate from guest spaces. We kindly ask guests to respect and treat the home with care.

The house is beautiful in a wonderful location. Even our young children stopped to watched the sunrise and sunset. The spa pool was a real treat. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay beautiful views lovely and quiet house was great but we were very disappointed with the spa as this was a deciding factor on why we chose this property it was unclean and we were unable to use it
